Outlook Online – How to Use

1. Access Office Online by signing into the Office Portal (portal.office.com)

2. Open Outlook from the menu on the left side

3. Click your User Profile in the top right corner

4. Click Open Another Mailbox

5. Enter the address of the Shared Mailbox and click Open

6. If you have access to the Shared Mailbox it will open on another tab
