1. Click the File Button in the top left hand corner

2. Click Add Account

3. Enter the Shared Mailbox E-Mail

4. A Pop-up will appear. Enter your Email Address and Password

5. If the details entered are correct the account will be added to Outlook. You will need to close and  re-open Outlook for the changes to apply
